The rig can provide three different types of drilling rig, such as truck, trailer type and crawler type, according to the needs of the users. The drilling rig is powered by two diesel engines. The upper rotary power head is made up of high-speed motor and gearbox, and the bottom rotary head is made up of low speed, high torque hydraulic motor and gearbox. The propulsion system is fed by the oil cylinder. Rotating and feeding system are controlled by hydraulic pilot control which can achieve stepless speed regulation. Breaking out and in drill rod, leveling the whole machine, winch and other auxiliary actions are controlled by hydraulic system. The structure of rig is designed to reasonable, which is easy to operate and maintenance.
